Groove Daddy certainly lives up to it's name. You guys are a tough act to follow. I was blown away especially by Marc Phillips with that great sounding, soulful voice and funky as hell keyboard work. He even looks great...an all around pro. Y'all have a great book and the rhythm section smokes with really hip arrangements. You and Mart are the icing on the cake with proper horn treatments and solos.
It really took me back to the days (not long ago) when I was doing clubs and casuals with my old local band here in L.A.. playing a little bit of everything...four hours a night.
You guys put on a great show. I loved it. See you soon...

You guys are something else. That's the best time Carol and I have had in a while. It was good seeing Marc and you playing together. You both should be riding in limos and being interviewed by Entertainment Tonight because you guys are that good. Most of all I 'm so happy Marc is healthy. I know he has been through a lot. I know his faith has been a big factor in his recovery and I admire him for that.
Please convey this to Marc and please let me know when and where you guys will be playing again because I'll be there.
